Our pastor recently talked about what it means to be a Christian. He explained the importance of taking at least 15 minutes a day to pray and listen to God each day, need to live our faith by putting our faith in action and we need to spend time reading faith building materials such as the Bible or devotional guides.
One of the biggest health problems in our society is stress. The stress we face leads to a whole host of problems ranging from heart problems to over eating. This stress also impacts our relationships for example, the stress often leads to anger and frustration.
When we live the kind life recommended by our pastor we begin to feel better about ourselves, the people around us and God.
